This is half the yoke pattern and a part of the sleeve. It's knit in single plötulopi on 2.5mm pins (US 1 1/2) so it's not nearly as fas a knit as the "normal" lopapeysa but I think it's going to turn out really nice. At least I hope so.
The pattern is a very old leaf rank from my beloved Vestfirðir (The Westfjords of Iceland). It's a part of a traditional mitten pattern.
